Patricia Nebbeling is an award winning oil painter and a signature member of the Oil Painters of America and the Hudson Valley Art Association. She has exhibited in shows throughout the US and the UK. Patricia is also a former teacher of oil painting at The Ridgewood Art Institute in Ridgewood, New Jersey.
